The opportunity to work with Lincraft AU/NZ Shopify Plus stores was a delight. Lincraft is more than a transitional Shopify store, with their Vue JS based theme and ERP integration. Their requirements were focused on store improvements and increasing conversions. We took up the challenge and worked with on the storefront improvements that met their requirements successfully and strengthened the relationship. As a result we got the opportunity to work on all their systems that includes the middle-ware between storefront & the ERP. We are truly appreciative for the opportunity.

Lincraft is a retail chain in Australia that specializes in the sale of homewares, including crafts, materials, and patterns. Lincraft Australia was established in 2005 and owned by John Maguire and Brian Swersky. Today it has 69 locations around Australia and New Zealand.

The business prides itself in valuing the ever-changing and evolving world of craft, sending our most passionate buyers to the ends of the earth to the world’s major craft, yarn and fabric fairs, with strict instructions to source the latest in fashion and creative ideas and return with fresh inspirations.

BRIEF

Lincraft sought Kemana in regard to maintaining, enhancing & providing omnichannel experience for users.

GOALS

The goal throughout the process is to provide a much better user experience to Lincraft’s Shopify Store, more repeat customers & increase in sales for the company.

CREATING THE EXPERIENCE

Kemana provided integrations with Algolia an on-site search engine to help Lincraft maximize the speed of search and discovery. In addition, our team also integrated payment gateways, developed Loyalty points feature, gold membership features, product purchase QTY limitations and enhanced the DotDogital connection.

THE RESULTS

Lincraft site improvements gave the customer a seamless shopping journey and the best omnichannel experience! The conversion rates, revenue, and site page view massively increased after the enhancement done by our team in Kemana.
